- You have two options for returns and exchanges:
- Exchange: You may exchange the item for other items from our store. If the new selection is of equal value, there will be no additional charge or credit. If the new selection is more expensive, you will be charged the price difference. If the new selection is less expensive, you will receive a store credit certificate for the remaining balance.
- Store Credit Certificate: You can opt for a store credit certificate, which can be used towards future purchases at The Soldiery Games & Cards.
3. Items Not Eligible for Returns or Exchanges:
- Collectible items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. This includes items such as collectible cards, collectible figurines, and other specialty collectibles.
4. No Cash Refunds:
- Please note that we do not offer cash refunds for returned items. All returns will result in an exchange or store credit.
5. Returning Items:
- To initiate a return, please visit our store in person with your unopened item and the original receipt.

- You must return or exchange your item within 30 days of the original purchase date.

- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for assistance. We will work to resolve the issue and provide you with a suitable solution.
7b. Damaged or Defective Items (Opened):
- If you receive a damaged or defective item that has already been opened, please contact the manufacturer directly to address the issue. The manufacturer's contact information can usually be found on the product's packaging or included documentation. They will be able to assist you with resolving the problem and providing a suitable solution. Please retain any relevant packaging or documentation for manufacturer warranty claims.
8. Receipt Requirements:
- You must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase for all returns and exchanges. This is essential for processing your request.
