In-Store Policies
Failure to abide by any of the following rules or the instructions of store staff may result in being asked to leave the premises either temporarily or permanently.
- Everyone is welcome! No inappropriate comments or actions towards anyone will be tolerated. This includes attire and tattoos.
- No cursing, smoking, vaping, or alcohol. Keep things family-friendly.
- No running or roughhousing.
- No selling in the store, parking lot, or in the street.
- No professional traders.
- No soliciting customers—do not interfere with store sales/trades.
- We have a "Play to Stay" policy—if you wish to stay in the store for an event, you must be participating in the event.
- No pets allowed. Animals are not allowed inside the store with the exception of service animals.
- No promoting other stores—local or online.
- No loitering outside.
- No smoking within 25 feet of the door.
- No photography or video recording in the store without prior permission.
- Keep our walkways clear! No chairs, backpacks, power cords, etc. in the aisles, as they are fire hazards.
- If you are using one of our chairs, keep all four of its legs on the floor at all times.
- If you are participating in an event, please prioritize the parking spaces in the back of the building rather than the ones closest to the door.
- No using merchandise before purchasing.
- No weapons, firearms, or open flames.
- No offensive imagery, including scandalous, hateful, or demeaning content.
- Keep it friendly, respectful, and FUN!
- Keep away from heated conversation topics such as politics, religion, or sports.
